Problem: Vacuum pump cannot start or is difficult to start

Solution:

1. Check the power supply of the vacuum pump: Make sure the vacuum pump is connected to the power supply correctly (there is a connection method on the back cover of the vacuum pump motor). Also check the cord and plug for damage.

2. Check the vacuum pump motor: Check whether the vacuum pump motor can operate normally. When checking the vacuum pump motor, you may need to check the current and voltage after the vacuum pump is powered on.

The vacuum pump will produce abnormal noise or vibration when running:

Solution:

1. Check the bearings: Abnormal sound or vibration when the vacuum pump is running may be a sign of bearing wear. Worn bearings need to be inspected and replaced.

2. Balance calibration: Make sure that the parts of the vacuum pump are not loose or falling off. And a balance calibration is required.

Solution:
