Busch launches new generation of lightweight MINK MM dry claw vacuum pumps-EUREKA
Busch launches the new MINK MM dry claw vacuum pumps. The outstanding features of these new products are lower operating
costs and energy consumption, and a reduced carbon footprint through reduced raw material requirements. They feature a
three-section chamber for faster and easier maintenance and come with a dedicated oil drain tool.
The new MINK MM dry claw vacuum pump is compact, 15% lighter than its predecessor and is also available in an Aqua version
or with an optional IoT package. They can be used in industries such as medical, food, vacuum packaging, pneumatic conveying,
machine manufacturing, wood processing and plastics.
The new MINK MM 0182 / 0142 / 0104 / 0084 A is an upgraded version of the proven MINK MM 1142 / 1102 /1144 / 1104 BV. Despite
being approximately 15% lighter, they are just as durable as their predecessors and offer the same great performance. Due to the
identical connection locations, the new vacuum pump can easily replace the older version 1:1 even in vacuum systems.
Thanks to proven dry and non-contact vacuum technology, the new version of the MINK MM dry claw vacuum pump is highly efficient
and virtually maintenance-free. The redesigned three-stage chamber of the new version of the vacuum pump makes it easier to
inspect and maintain quickly and efficiently. In addition, the oil draining process has been optimized, and a special oil draining tool
can prevent oil from flowing into the cavity during oil draining.
This vacuum pump is suitable for food, hospital and medical equipment, wood processing (such as fixing wood on CNC routers) and
other industries looking to improve processes and reduce energy costs.
The new MINK MM 0182 A and MINK MM 0142 A are designed for rough vacuum applications with ultimate vacuum levels down to
40 hPa (mbar), while the new MINK MM 0104 A and MM 0084 A are designed for vacuum applications up to 60 hPa (mbar) And
design.
These vacuum pumps can be equipped with air inlet filters or vacuum safety valves and can be retrofitted with Busch's IoT suite for
monitoring. For applications in humid environments, the new vacuum pumps are also available in Aqua versions with corrosion-resistant
Aqua coating, which are equipped with a special filter and a condensate drain.
