How to use vacuum pump oil correctly-EUREKA
1. The window containing oil must be clean. Exposure to the sun and storage in the open air are strictly prohibited. It should be stored in a dark, dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture and dust from being mixed in.
2. When taking or loading oil, the moisture and dust around the barrel cover must be removed to prevent debris from being mixed into the oil and causing wear of the pump.
3. Vacuum pump oils of different brands and varieties cannot be mixed, nor can old and new oils be mixed.
4. Strictly avoid mixing vacuum oil with other oils, let alone light oils, otherwise the vacuum performance will be affected.
5. The vacuum pump should try to avoid pumping out solvents, water vapor and corrosive gases. It must be inspected and oil changed frequently when it is in use.
6. When changing the oil, drain the used oil from the pump body. Pour in the new oil and slowly turn the pump shaft. Clean the pump cavity and drain out the remaining oil. Repeat cleaning several times and replace with new oil after cleaning. .
7. When overhauling the pump, all parts of the pump must be cleaned with solvent or cleaning agent, and the parts must be dried.
8. Refueling equipment must be special equipment and should not be a container that can hold other oils or solvents.
9. When mineral oil is interchanged with ester oil or other synthetic oil, the pump should be disassembled and cleaned thoroughly. All parts and components must be immersed in grease to prevent contamination.
10. If chemical gases and solvents are inhaled, which will contaminate the pump oil and affect the vacuum, it must be cleaned and replaced.
11. Oil change period: When the vacuum of the pump oil drops and cannot meet the needs; when the color of the pump oil becomes dark and brown, the oil should be changed.
